Young Adults

We believe that young adults have a strong voice in the mental health conversation and should be engaged in education and advocacy as our future leaders.

up to 20%

of teens will suffer from at least one depressive episode before they reach adulthood.

You are the next generation of helping professionals, teachers, parents and stigma busters. Your participation and engagement in mental health conversation means everything to the future of mental health and our hope to end stigma.

If you live in the Chicago area, we encourage you to get involved in our Young Adult Board, a group of post-college young adults who work together to raise funds and awareness among their peers about depression and mental health.

With your help, we educate school communities about teen depression, eliminate the stigma associated with mental illness and empower teens to take charge of their mental health.
