Giving Tuesday is a global day of giving that happens on the Tuesday after Thanksgiving. It’s a chance to celebrate generosity and give back to the causes that matter to us. It has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity

We have heard so much about the mental health crisis facing youth today, but by supporting Erika’s Lighthouse on Giving Tuesday, you can make a real, immediate difference in the lives of students across the country. Erika’s Lighthouse provides school communities with the resources they need to create a positive culture around mental health. Our programs go upstream to shore up the protective factors by increasing mental health literacy, supporting school connectedness, and increasing family support.

Erika’s Lighthouse uses a unique teach-the-teacher model, where we empower educators, students, and families to create change in their community. This means that in the 2022-23 school year, we spent an average of just $2 a student. So every gift of any size will make a difference!

Giving Tuesday is a great way to give back to your community, make a difference in the world, and celebrate generosity. It’s a day to come together as a community and show our support for those in need. Donating to Erika’s Lighthouse shows that mental health matters and that every student in every school deserves good mental health.
